Measuring Content Engagement
Measuring content engagement has never been more accurate. With a whole suite of brand new metrics available, you can now quickly compare and answer which of your content pages are actually being read and consumed.
Comparing Content Pages
To quickly compare your content pages, Insightech provides brand new and (finally) accurate engagement metrics:
- Click Rate - The % of your users clicking and engaging with your content page
- Median Scroll Depth - The % of content that was actually seen on each page
- Median Duration - Finally, an accurate view on time spent consuming content
Open up either the clickmap listing or scrollmap listing pages, and you can sort your report by whichever metric you like.
Want to understand visually, exactly what your users have seen or haven't seen? Overlay the Scrolling Heatmap on any content/replay that you'd like to understand, to see exactly what content has been seen or not seen.
You can also compare audiences to see how behaviours change (E.g. you might want to compare converting users vs non-converting users).
After understanding what your users have seen, you might want to understand what content they have engaged with. Simply overlay Clickmap reports on any content/replay that you'd like to understand, to see what your users are really engaging with.
Like scrolling heatmaps, these reports can be segmented to compare audiences (E.g. how click behaviours compare between converting users vs non-converting users).
